Delete your account
How to delete your berryl account and all data in it – instantly in the app, or by email without the app.
In the app (instantly)
- Open Account → “Settings”.
- In the “ACCOUNT” section, tap “Delete account”.
- Type the word DELETE to confirm.
- Tap “Delete account permanently”.
Your account and all data in it are deleted at once. This cannot be undone.
Without the app (by email)
Write from your account’s email address to support@berryl.app with the subject “Delete account”. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm it by email. If you write from another address, we will ask for confirmation first.
What is deleted and what stays
Everything you stored in berryl is deleted: routine and intakes, meals, body values, habits, fasting, training, connected devices and their values, label photos, settings and consents. If you are connected to a practice, the connection ends and the chat with the practice is deleted.
What a practice created about you itself, such as its client record or invoices, is the practice’s responsibility and stays there. Store purchases (time, product, price) are kept for the statutory retention periods, with an ID number that no longer belongs to any account. More in the privacy notice.
Cancel Premium first
Deleting does not cancel a running Premium subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play or the App Store (iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
Practice accounts
Accounts of practices and their staff cannot be deleted in the app because client records and invoices depend on them. Write to us at support@berryl.app.
